Across many ancient cultures, sacred sites were not seen as isolated places.

They were understood as part of larger energetic networks that connect landscapes, mountains, rivers, and ceremonial locations.

In Colombia, indigenous peoples of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta refer to this network as La Línea Negra.

It is a sacred system that connects hundreds of ceremonial sites across the region — forming an invisible boundary that maintains balance between humanity and nature.

For the Kogi, Arhuaco, Wiwa, and Kankuamo peoples, these sites are not simply historical locations.
They are living points of connection that help sustain the harmony of the Earth.

Many cultures around the world share similar understandings — often referred to today as energetic grids or ley lines.

Through our Colombia Remote Expedition, we will connect with several of these powerful locations and explore the deeper relationship between the land, human consciousness, and the living networks of our planet.

Known by Indigenous communities as the Heart of the World, the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is considered one of the most sacred landscapes on Earth.
