Chakras are not something you see, they are something you experience.
Like breath, like emotion, like energy, they reveal themselves through sensation.
The body is your most sensitive instrument, when you learn to listen, it begins to show you what the eyes cannot.

In yogic understanding, movement is not just physical.
It is Amrut.
A form of nourishment.

Every conscious movement feeds the body, the mind, and the subtle system.
When done with awareness, even the simplest movement becomes medicine.

The nose is not just for breathing.
It filters.
It warms.
It regulates.

In yoga, nasal breathing is essential, not optional.
It prepares the body, protects the lungs and balances the nervous system.
Simple, but powerful.

Yoga is not something you figure out, it’s something you feel.
Beyond logic, beyond explanation there is a quiet knowing that only experience can reveal.
This is the secret of yoga
it begins where thinking ends.

Modern science gives us clarity.
Yoga gives us direct experience.
One without the other is incomplete.
At Yogalife, we don’t choose between them.

We integrate both, so practice becomes intelligent, embodied and transformative.
If this resonates, our trainings are where philosophy meets physiology in the most practical way.

Your breath changes with every emotion.
Stress shortens it.
Joy expands it.
Fear holds it.

But it also works the other way around.
Change your breath and you begin to change your state.

This is the science of pranayama.

Your body remembers everything. The tension in your shoulders, the tightness in your chest. These aren’t just physical. Unexplained aches and stiffness often carry the weight of emotions we haven’t fully processed. Yoga creates the space to finally let them go. 🤍

In modern science, we look for averages.
In yoga, there are none.
No two bodies breathe the same.
No two minds respond the same.
You are not a statistic.
You are a living, changing system.

This is why real practice is deeply personal and unique. Antastha Yoga invites you to connect with this unique, unchanging core of your being.

Pranayama is not a workout.
It is not about how much air you can take in or how long you can hold it.
It is about awareness.
The moment breath becomes conscious,
it becomes a bridge between body and mind.

This is where transformation begins.

'Before my teacher training, I practised yoga to escape. After my training, I practise yoga to arrive.'

This is the story of many of our 200h TTC graduates, who come to the training searching for something they can’t quite name.

'I signed up because I loved yoga. But honestly, I didn't believe I could be a teacher. I thought teachers had to be flexible, spiritual, perfect. The training showed me something different: that teaching yoga is about presence, not performance.'

'The teaching practice? Terrifying at first. Then liberating.'

'Now I teach two classes a week in my community. I'm not perfect. But I'm real. And my students feel that.'

Every Yogalife graduate carries a unique story. What they share is the courage to begin.

Our next 200h TTCs are starting in Brussels in April and Geneva in May.

Your story could be next.→ Link in bio for details and enrollment.

Energy and information are the threads that weave the universe - and our own being.
Yoga explains our subtle nature through the five koshas.

For learning, we visualize them as layers, but in reality, they are completely interconnected, like overlapping fields in physics.

Each kosha is described with the word maya, meaning “doused in” or “saturated by.” This reminds us that no layer exists in isolation; every kosha is infused with subtle energies and information from the others.

By studying the koshas, we begin to perceive ourselves as more than just the physical body, understanding the interconnected layers that make up our full, radiant being.
