(A grounding kriya especially for women)

This week we explore a deeply feminine and powerful variation of Pigeon Pose—designed to reconnect you with the Earth, your body, and your breath.

In this posture, you sit directly on one folded leg, grounding your pelvis, while the other leg extends back, opening the hips and softening resistance.
With your hands rooted, chest lifted, and eyes closed, you breathe deeply into your center using Breath of Fire—an energizing breath that awakens your lower chakras and stokes your inner fire.

This is more than a pose.

After months of energetic shifts and emotional waves, I’m choosing to reset—physically, mentally, spiritually.

✨ I’ve just begun a strong 40-day kriya sadhana—to detox, realign, and return home to myself. As yoginis, we know: we don’t just have one body—we have ten. And all of them are calling for balance now.
