Join us for our Saturday classes at 10 AM, where each session explores a specific theme for healing, connection, and wellbeing.

This Saturday, May 16, we’ll focus on gently stimulating and supporting the lymphatic system through mindful movement, breathwork, self-massage, and restorative practices.

The lymphatic system plays an essential role in detoxification, immunity, circulation, and overall vitality. When we create movement with awareness and intention, we help the body release stagnation, restore balance, and invite renewed energy to flow freely.

Through breath, touch, and mindful motion, we awaken the body’s wisdom and create space for deep healing, softness, and renewal. 💫

Restorative Yoga is a gentle and deeply relaxing practice with slow movements and mindful breathing that helps calm the nervous system and restore energy. It is suitable for everyone and supports better sleep, improved mood, and overall well-being.

After the 30-minute yoga practice, we sink into a sound bath. While resting comfortably on your back, the vibrations of chimes, gongs, drums, and crystal bowls guide you on an inner journey, helping release tension, dissolve blockages, and invite deep relaxation. Sound is medicine. ✨
