Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Using Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Qualities within you that help creating a better place

By integrating certain qualities within ourselves, we can influence our personal emotions and mindset and might find our inner peace or at least start changing to a more positive outlook.

In this post, I would like to share with you the most important qualities I believe to be useful:

Gratitude

Gratitude is a wonderful way to acknowledge that there is always something to be thankful for. If you have never practiced gratitude, then give it a try. Gratitude is a powerful tool for helping us see our lives in a positive light, and it can shift our perspective from negative to positive in an instant.
Gratitude is the simplest and most powerful way to feel better and start living better. When you're feeling down, lost, or out of place, this simple act of remembering what you are grateful for can lift your spirits higher than anything else can.
Gratitude is also one of the most effective ways we can attract more abundance into our lives because when we appreciate all that we already have (no matter what it might look like), we start noticing how much more there is around us just waiting to be seen.

Compassion

Compassion is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. Compassion is a deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the desire to see it relieved.
Compassion is the wish to see all beings free from suffering. And compassion is a central teaching of most religions, modern and ancient alike—including Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism.
Within each of these traditions, compassion includes an accompanying sense of awe at our connection to others—that we are each part of a greater whole and that our suffering and happiness affects others.
When you experience this feeling within yourself, you may want to help alleviate others' pain through acts such as giving money or volunteering your time.

Love

Love is the greatest power in the universe. It's what binds everything together. It's why we are all here on this planet: to learn how to love each other more fully and completely so we can change our world into a paradise. There is nothing that cannot be healed with love.
Love is the highest frequency of energy that you can emit. The more you love and honor yourself, the better you feel and you will radiate into your surroundings, influencing others as well.
Love is the answer to all questions, and it's certainly not limited to just romantic relationships between people; it's also about loving your friends, pets, family members, plants, etc. It's about enjoying being alive on planet earth no matter what challenges you face in your life. Love is how we create heaven on earth! Love is the only way to change the world.

Humility

Humility plays a critical role in our ability to help us to understand our weaknesses and strengths--and this understanding allows us to be more self-aware so we can focus on ways to improve ourselves.
Furthermore, humility allows us to be aware of how others perceive us, allowing us to see things from different perspectives.
Finally, humility is an important virtue that allows you to correct your own mistakes and improve yourself over time.

Generosity

Generosity is a very important aspect as well. You can be generous with your time, money, and energy, as well as give to people you don't know. Giving to charities and causes you believe in is an essential activity that should not be limited to once a year.
Try giving money or food to those who are less fortunate than you and who need it, or help friends and family members going through a tough time.
Generosity creates a feeling of peace within you because you are doing something that can help others.

Awareness

Awareness is defined as the space between stimulus and response. You have more control over what you do and how you think as you become more aware of your options.
Being able to stop before reacting to a situation is one of the hallmarks of awareness. This provides us with a sense of power over our lives by giving us a chance to choose our actions rather than just reacting automatically.
Awareness also gives us the ability to feel and sense the energy around us and within us so that we can notice when things are not in balance or functioning properly.
Without awareness, it would be impossible for any healing process to take place because we would not know that there was anything wrong in need of fixing.
Awareness helps us handle conflict with greater ease, even though it doesn't always make it easier! But at least we can tell when there's something amiss.
In short, awareness is an essential part of all change and self-growth.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful ways you can change the world.
If we are waiting for the other person to forgive us, we are wasting our precious lifetime. We don't need to be dependent on others. We can do it ourselves!
To forgive means to stop feeling angry or resentful toward someone for an offense, flaw, or mistake. That's all. That is what forgiveness means. Nothing more and nothing less.
When we forgive ourselves, we feel happiness in our hearts and lightness in our bodies because we are no longer carrying around heavy negative emotions that block our happiness and cause stress in our lives.
It doesn’t mean you have to welcome people that did you wrong back into your life, but to recognize what happened and let it go for yourself, releasing the feeling and emotions attached with it.
Forgiveness is a way to let go of anger, sadness, and fear so you can move forward with your life.

How to bring more positivity in your and others life

We all know consciously or unconsciously that negativity is around us. We can see it on the news, sometimes at work or even with family. Situations and words that can bring your mood down. If we realize this then we are on our way to bring changes into our thoughts about this. Usually not a task that we do in seconds, but a process that we can start and we can grow with. Good thing you don’t need Reiki for it, but it helps to use it and support the process.

Once we realize that certain situations or words is dropping our mood, we can start to counteract it. We can focus on more positive thoughts, maybe even think why the other might have acted like that and why it triggers you to feel that bad. Cause whatever was said or done, can only bring negativity if it connects with you. Sounds easy? In words yes, in emotions and realization it is a longer way for most of us.

So we can do some precautions to dampen the possible negativity or even overcome it. When starting to have more positive thoughts even small ones, begin with actions that do some good, it will shift your focus to more positivity.

Just try to imagine a world where people are bright, creative, and positive, a world that has no negativity. Imagine one day when you go out; you see people smiling at each other, helping each other, and playing together in a happy environment. This is a world we all would like to live in.

Positive thoughts, words, and actions are needed to counter negativity and when more and more people change their thought patter, it will change our planet and our society to a more positive world in general.

Most people are currently still experiencing a more negative energy. That seems to be because there are still so many living people/creatures (both seen and unseen), that feed off of this negative energy. These entities suck up all of the negativity around them and leave the world in a state of imbalance, making their own lives easier while weakening those around them who do not know how to defend themselves against these entities.

It is up to each one of us to combat this imbalance and use positive thoughts, words, and actions to bring balance to our planet.

People are also dealing with multiple issues at the same time, which is causing a lot of stress and negativity in their lives. The stress of all these issues can make people act out in negativity, and this negativity can be passed on to other people, which means that the problems we face here on Earth have the potential to become even more severe.

You, on the other hand, begin to understand and to change! It is our responsibility to combat negativity with positivity. Think about this, we are a force for change to the good here on Earth. When we are faced with a negative situation, do not let it pull our spirit down. Instead, let’s rise above it and smile. Let the positive energy within us dissipate any negative energy surrounding us.

We have the ability to spread positivity through our actions. When you notice an opportunity to help someone, act upon it. Assisting others can be as simple as holding a door open for a stranger or smiling at someone who looks like he/she could use some cheering up.

If a person is struggling with carrying groceries, help him or her out by carrying something to his or her car. These small gestures can go a long way toward brightening people's days, which in turn will boost your own mood and create positive change in the world around you.

When we have started to change ourselves to be more positive, we can take the time to listen to and hear what others are saying because, at that moment, we are taking our power back into your hands. We then stop looking for approval from others and start seeing ourself through the eyes of the spirit. Then you begin to love who you really are, as a part of all that is.

It is the frequency on which you vibrate on that determines your perception of reality or the world/life that you are experiencing.
