- lateral crura cranial resection, interdomal & transdomal suture, caudal septum resection, dorsal hump resection & lateral osteotomies, spreader flap, columelar strut graft by septal graft, tip defating, depressor nasi desinsertion, mesial cruras alar setback.

Undereyes nanofat transfer (local anesthesia).

The fat harvested by a tiny liposuction on the thigh is used for her volumetric property and acts like a permanent filler.
Moreover, stem cells contained on the fat induce production of collagen and elastin, tightening the skin and thickening the skin often thin on the undereyes area.

- pollybeak deformity's correction, supratip break creation, nasolabial angle opening, tip definition, tightening of the dorsum, harmonization of Sheen's lines.

By:
- reconstruction of alar and triangular cartilage (damaged by 2 former rhinoplasty), lateral crura cranial resection, interdomal & transdomal suture revision, caudal septum resection, residual dorsal hump rasping, spreader flap revision, columelar strut graft by septal graft, tip defating, alarplasty, depressor nasi desinsertion.

Difficulty 9/10 (6 hours of surgery).

Rhinoplasty improves facial harmony & balance. Treatment can be done by surgery or by fillers +/- threads, depending on your nose structure and anatomy

Reduce the lobe is not complicated, but reconstruct a lobe with a perfect balance with the face's proportions, without making any fold and using a scar perfectly hided on the natural shadows requires precision skills.

Upper blepharoplasty.

Upper blepheroplasty consits of an excision of the skin excess with sometimes excision or fat lodges or reposition of the lacrymal gland, whereas lower eyelid surgery is often more complex with reposition of fat and/or septum, excision of the skin and adjustment of tonus of the lower eyelid margin.
Blepheroplasty can be combined with a temporal lift, a canthoplasty "Cat Eyes", and/or an eyebrow lift.

Complex case of eyelid surgery: asian double eyelid with symmetrization of the folds.

Difficulty 7/10.

This patient had genetically an asymmetry of the folds of her upper eyelids.
Anatomically, the fold is made by a thin adherence between the eyelid elevator muscle and the skin.
In some Asian patients, we have to reconstruct this fold putting microstitches between the skin and the elevator muscle of the eyelid, because in some countries like China and Korea only 10-20% of the population has naturally this fold.

In this case, this adherence was disconnected surgically and reconstructed with microstiches using microsurgical loupes. A precision of 0.2 mm with the position of these stitches is mandatory to get precise results and perfect symmetry & balance.
