Many women try to fix new symptoms by doing more:
- more training
- more discipline
- more control

But during menopause, physiology changes.
Hormones shift.
Stress tolerance narrows.
Brain energy use changes.

Pushing harder often backfires - leading to fatigue, brain fog, disrupted sleep and low mood.

Menopause asks for a different approach:
