(TR asagida) Happy New Year everyone! May we have all the support we need in stressful times and have the guts to ask for help. May we have a clear perspective and all the energy we need to move forward. I also hope to catch the sun everytime it shows its face and teach more yoga this year - above all going back to believing in magic - too much science is a little dull🦄 😃💫💫💫

🇬🇧We are preparing for our 4th Yoga Teacher Training in Geneva, which begins at the end of January 2022. We only have 2 places left for sign-up!

Every year it has been an amazing journey and many of our graduates choose to teach yoga afterwards, some even become full time yoga teachers! You can meet some of them at Yoga de La Fonderie. Here are the pics of class 2021.

We are very excited and cannot wait to begin the 2022 Training. Let us know if you want to share this experience with us.

Depuis que nous avons commencé, chaque session a été une expérience fantastique, et nous sommes hyper fières de voir plein de super profs enseigner partout à Genève. Vous pouvez d'ailleurs suivre les cours de plusieurs profs à Yoga de la Fonderie.

(English Below) Bu 2013'te yaptığımız yoga videosundan bir kare. in müthiş ekibi ve yaratıcılığı ile çok güzel bir iş çıkarmıştık ile birlikte. Sayesinde binlerce kişiye ulaşabildim ve hala ulaşıyorum…çok güzel iletişimler kuruyorum video ile uygulama yapanlarla. Bu da sevgili öğrencim ve arkadaşım in uygulaması sırasında geçenlerde gönderdiği bir an.

Umuyorum bu yıl artık şu atıl halimden çıkar yeni şeyler yapacak heyecanı, yaratıcılığı bulurum. Biliyorum hepimiz sanki çok yavaş giden bir yürüme bandı üzerindeyiz ama belki de harika fikirler ve projeler demleniyorlar, kim bilir? Göreceğiz zamanla...

Bu arada gelen her mesaj, email, dürtü, mektup bana çok iyi geliyor! Özellikle de COVIDden yatarken elime varan yazılı mektup bir okşayış gibi geldi. .lalande ile şu anda hocalık eğitimi yapmak da, enerjisiyle, heyecanıyla ve desteğiyle çok iyi geliyor. Sadece şükredebilirim…

Yani niye video, online ders yok diyorsanız, hastalıktan daha yeni kalktım- 7. Haftada- ve enerji arabasının çalışmasını bekliyorum…ha iyi bir fikriniz varsa hemen yazın :) .akman seni ozledim- yeniden dürtmeye başlayabilirsin 🤗🤗

This is me, in the yoga video that we made in 2013. I have been able to reach and be reached by so many people (it has been on YouTube for a while), I am so grateful that we did this video with the amazing and her team with . This photo was taken by the lovely during her practice at home.

I hope that this year, I will be able to break out from my stale, tamasic feel and find the energy and creativity to do (new) things. I know we all feel like we are on a moving walkway that is going really slow but maybe there are some amazing ideas and projects that will reveal themselves in the very near future, who knows?

In the meantime, I am ever so grateful for each message, email, letter I receive. Especially receiving a letter from during the peak of my COVID sickness was like a caress on the cheek. Working with .lalande in the TT in Geneva, her support, her energy feels especially good now. I feel very blessed ❤️❤️❤️

🇬🇧Happy New Year everyone. May our new year bring us strength, clarity and fluidity in our relationships and the aims we set.

I would like to thank the 40 people who came last night to our meeting and countless others who wanted to come but couldn’t. We grow together, I grow, change with every interaction, meeting. Thank you!
If there is one thing I learnt from last year is that human interaction really is one of our basic necessities (not an optional one). Thank you for the photo ❤️ and .akman for not giving up on pushing me to do these meetings 🙏🏻

It is getting closer (and only 2 places left)!!
Claire and I are all prepared to begin our 2021 training next month and cannot wait to start the new classes. We can’t believe it will be our 3rd session in Geneva, and we are super excited to start a new journey and accompany new people in the crazy adventure. It is such a pleasure to see our trainees from the past two years moving on their yoga journey, becoming caring and inclusive yoga teachers.

There are now 4 teachers in coming from our trainings and many others growing and teaching in Geneva!

The team is almost full, so if you are thinking about joining us, now is the time! We are happy to answer questions if you have some.

🇬🇧Today is the day, when holidays finish, when the shade is a little cooler, when the crèche begins, work begins and classes start. It’s a big day🤗🤗, I teach at 12:30 today and every Monday (please do online sign up), I teach Saturday 28th of August in Turkish at Turkey time 18:30 with 🎉🎉🎉🎉 and more online classes in planning 🤗🤗🤗

I start the after holidays time with rest, calmness, still yearning for the sea (but have enough swim time from Lake Geneva till next summer)🤗. I love you summer, stay as long as you like- promise I will be a good girl 😂😂😂

🇹🇷Yeni öğretim yılı başlıyor, hem benim okula dönüşüm, hem Siena’nın kreşinim başlaması, hem derslerim Pazartesileri 12:30 da, hem de ile yapacağımız harika ders bu cumartesi 28Ağustos 18:30 ❤️

Yazın bittiğine inanamıyorum, ama Cenevre serinledi, hala deniz özlemi ile dolu olsam da, gölde yüzmek iyi geldi. Dinlendim ama tatil yetmiyor i, sanırım ancak kavuşunca, sarılınca, ve karşılıklı sohbet edebilince tam dinleneceğiz...

🇬🇧Teacher trainings we have been doing in Geneva have been an amazing experience. We have 3 graduates teaching already at La Fonderie , and many others are giving classes in other places.

During this year, we had to deal with exceptional circumstances and we will be meeting soon to conclude the 2020 training, looking forward to it!

During this difficult time, coming back to this ancient yet very relevant teaching and coming together, was a real anchor for all of us.
