Do you feel it? You may feel more excited, depressed, or happy than on other days. Tomorrow is a full moon, and just as the moon affects the ocean and its tides, so does it effect our emotions. So, if you're experiencing extreme feelings today or tomorrow, don't take it personally. Practice equanimity. Take some minutes to relax and focus your attention on your breath. It will help balance your emotions. Tomorrow there is full moon meditation at 20:00-21:00 (CET). You are invited to sit in meditation wherever you are, in your home or with friends. If you cannot sit for the entire hour, sit as long as you are able. Let the mind settle into silence and the quietness of the mind continue even after you rise.

True freedom is taking decisions based on a deep self-understanding. Otherwise, you are just parroting what you heard and saw at home, in TV, in school, at the office, or in your social media feed.
I spent so many years in school and university. Today I tell my friends and family, don’t go to school. Take your time, learn who you are first.
There is a widely held belief that our own views are the most certain and wise ones, however, look at the products of our society's current governance.
* Toddlers and children are numbed at restaurant tables with tablets and mobile phones,
* Parents overwork to pay for useless things, such as assurances and expensive holidays.
* Grandparents are put into care homes alone and/or away from grandchildren.
* While our attention is wrongly put into how many CO2 emissions the cows are making, our planet is continuously ravaged for resources to build more electric cars, home appliances, and more stuff.
All because of our disconnection from who we are. When we are truly centered and aware, we realize that :
* Holidays are just needed because we need to decompress from a highly stressful and disconnected life. Our lives could feel like we are always on vacation.
* Joy exists in taking the time for playfulness at home, in a park around the corner… ie everywhere.
* Love exists in a sincere hug or smile
* Peace is a quiet mind

There is so much beauty in life! Today, as I was rushing from one appointment to another, I saw something that caught my attention.
Something gentle, red, soft, and apparently wild was standing on the side of the road.
As the bees and other flying insects were busy appreciating its other qualities, my mind stopped in wonder and appreciation for the beauty of life.
Thank you for your beauty!

People ask "why are we often sick and tired?" "why do I experience poor memory? I never felt this way before..."
Because we are addicted to comfort.
The corporate world offers us wireless devices, and we think it is a great idea and don't do our own research...
We are told the 5G is useful, but when we ask why, we realize it is useful just to know more about us.
We believe we cannot live without having 24h/7 our smartphones on.
We no longer need to plug the PC to a cable to check our email
We no longer need to lift our butt to change channels while watching TV, listening music...
We don't need to cable our laptop to the printer because there's wifi,
We don't need to e-mail or call the electricity company every couple of months because we have smartmeters..
Everything is smart, the only thing is that we are getting dumb and weak - that's what these researchers (check comment) have been noticing.
Once we realize that comfort is making us silly and weakening us, will we start taking action?
We need courage to lift the veil, start learning and do something about the harmful electromagnetic frequencies that are emitted by antennas and electronic gadgets.
I found the video in the comments very insightful.

One of the great moments of the day is finishing the morning meditation practice. Feeling calm, peaceful and balanced.... And then i stand up and start my day in a good “vibe”… until i realise that our cat “Shiva”, the great teacher, has decided to eat my breakfast and check how good my practice of meditation was by calmly observing my emotional reaction! 😄

We live unprecedented times, in this period of great changes we need more than ever before to find the peace, the equanimity and the inner strength to move forward creating new and positive change. i humbly share yoga as i understood and assimilated from the many great teachers i had the opportunity to study with. Yoga is helpful because it reminds us that this peace, equanimity and strength we look after (sometimes all our life) is right here. It is our nature.
Here is Maria Miguel, born in Portugal, lived and worked in 8 different countries before arriving to Switzerland in 2015. I was a researcher in sustainable development before i left my normal life to become a sadhaka (an yoga adept) in India. My classes, are rather gentle, restorative and meditative. I weave philosophy and practice of hatha yoga with breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. All practices which helped me to adapt and stay at peace in the midst of a profound life transformation.
Breath is a central element of each class, as it is guided relaxation and a short guided meditation. The purpose of yoga is to experience the sweetness of silence and the bliss of the ground base of being.
I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and have been teaching it since 2012. I have taken 500 hours of training at Himalayan Yoga Tradition School and two other 200 hours of training: Vinyasa and Sivananda. In 2013-2015, i practiced two years of intensive training in the compound of the Gurukulam Student at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, Rishikesh, India.
The teachers with whom i have worked and who have deeply influenced my practice are: Swami Veda Bharati, Swami Rama, Swami Nityamuktananda, Swami Radha, Stoma Parker, Ingvar Villido and Sonja Roessler.
