I am so excited to return to south India for another yoga holiday. It's been a long wait!

In this 10-day trip, we will visit 3 unique locations in Kerala: the colourful and historical port city of Kochin, the pristine backwaters island of Munroe, and the vibrant beach town of Varkala.

Each day, we will practice yoga and meditation, enjoy the delicious culinary delights of South India, discover the rich culture of this ancient land, and explore local sites and scenery.
