A beautiful mystical candle light evening with gentle Yoga that I had the honor to guide and Sound Healing by Stephanie from Harmony Works.

As the soft glow of flickering candles illuminated the room the atmosphere became warm and relaxing. And the sound bath created soothing harmonic frequencies helping the body to a deep relaxation.

Dear Yoga community

It is time to get back to Yoga practice!

For those of you who don’t know me yet let me tell you this.
I have been practicing Yoga for fifteen years and from the moment I set foot on the mat everything changed in a positive way. I was never into sports or athletic in any way but I did love arts, especially dance as a form of expression of the body. And what I found in Yoga was exactly that, a vehicle to not only creating beautiful shapes (that is just a small part of it) but also the journey to be present and aware of the breath, and overall to dig deep within myself.

For my classes I love to create an enjoyable atmosphere in which I combine a relaxed yet active and energizing practice. Vinyasa Yoga coordinates breathing with movement and by focusing on this the mind becomes aware and the body follows. This flow of exercises helps to strengthen and lengthen our body as well as feeling more balanced and in harmony with ourselves.
