Women"s Yoga therapy I am Suzanna. I healed from many women's issues with my holistic tools and yogatherapy.

I attended 500 hours of TTC, Hatha yoga, Yogatherapy and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Hungary. I studied Yogatherapy from an authentic ayurvedic Yogatherapist Doctor, Dr. Indu Arora. I am a Certified Sports Teacher. I have more than 10 years of experience in the Women's Health field, in Yoga Teaching, and Yogatherapy. This is my main profession since 2009. I have 20 years of experience in the Holistic Health Field and Naturopathic Medicine, Nutrition, Foot (Reflex) massage and Astrology. Now I study at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine. 🧀❌ Dairy nearly ruined my hormones.
When I still ate cheese and yogurt — I had:

Extremely painful, heavy periods

Skin flare-ups (eczema)

Constant colds & weak immunity

Awful digestion + bloating

Then I cut out dairy. In weeks, everything started to change:
✅ My skin healed

❌Why your nutrition is wrong — if you have endometriosis, pelvic pain, or fertility struggles.

So many women tell me, “I eat healthy.”
Yet they still suffer from pain, hormonal imbalance, or infertility.

Our Story

Why to choose YogaHome? The name YogaHome itself refers to our aim: to create a place that is unique, warm and familiar where – in harmonious circumstances – you can take rest, recharge yourself after work and you can release fatigue, daily problems by practicing yoga, relaxation, meditation or with the help of a foot massage. YogaHome is situated in an easily reachable area in the center of Budapest, near Nyugati Railway Terminal. Our studio can be found at Pannonia street 10. – near the Comedy Theatre of Budapest (Vígszínház) – within a walkable distance from the Nyugati underground stop. We are in the center, however in a very quiet area. 10-12 people can participate in our largest yogaroom at a time, therefore we deal with small groups in general.
