Allow me to help you through mindfulness practice and co-active coaching. Mindfulness is an exercise practice for developing continuous presence and alertness, applicable in whatever situation we find ourselves. In the midst of a fast-paced, unpredictable world, Mindfulness supports us by allowing us to continuously clarify and regenerate ourselves, and to lead
a human life. Formal Mindfulness practice is based on two elements:

> Focus

The breath serves as an anchor for attention. At any moment in which we notice distraction,
we return to the breath.

> Open Awareness

The entire field of the mind becomes the object of attention. Noticing emerging thoughts, sensations and sensory perceptions without being captured by them.
