Exactly 10 years ago, on October 6, 2014, I had my first Bikram Yoga class at Bikram Yoga Zurich in Stefan's studio 🔥 I am so grateful 💕
I will never forget my first lesson 😅

Since then, Bikram Yoga has been a part of my daily life.
I was able to fulfill my dream and open in February 2020 my own Bikram Yoga studio in my hometown of Zug 🇨🇭
In the meantime, my entire family practices Bikram Yoga, and all of them are certified Original Bikram Yoga Teachers 🥰

An incredible and amazing journey ❤️
