Ankle osteoarthritis is one of the most complex conditions in foot and ankle surgery. Frequently posttraumatic and often combined with deformities, it challenges surgeons at every stage of treatment. When conservative options fail, choosing the right surgical strategy becomes crucial — from joint-preserving procedures to total ankle arthroplasty and, when necessary, ankle arthrodesis.

Thank you für the intense and inspiring course in Zurich dedicated to the 𝐎𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝 & 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 on January 29-30, 2026

Advances in fixation materials and a better understanding of wrist biomechanics continue to expand our surgical and conservative treatment options while also creating new challenges. Through focused theoretical sessions, keynote lectures, and hands-on workshops, participants gained practical insight into diagnosis, treatment planning, osteosynthesis techniques, and tailored rehabilitation strategies.

An intensive and interactive course with 31 participants and 8 faculty members from 9 countries, bringing together surgeons from across the globe.
