✨ Happy New Year! 🎉 Start the year with healthy habits for your smile—here are our top dental hygiene tips:

1. Brush 2-3 Times Daily
- Use a soft toothbrush and fluoride-free toothpaste.
- Clean gently above the gumline to protect the bond between gum and tooth/implant.

2. Skip Aggressive Tools
- Avoid floss, interdental brushes, and toothpicks—they can harm the gum bond.
- Opt for oil pulling with organic oils instead!

3. Remove Tartar Carefully
- If you develop tartar due to mineral-rich saliva, professional removal may be needed.
- For tartar buildup, professional cleanings are usually done every 6–12 months
