HealthFirst

HealthFirst Expertise you can trust Welcome to HealthFirst. We believe that it is everyone’s responsibility to know what to do in a medical emergency.

HealthFirst provides dynamic First Aid Training, Mental Health First Aid training, Health Promotion activities, tailored Health Screening Assessments and interactive Health Education to individual members of the public, schools and playgroups, sports clubs, businesses and international organisations throughout Switzerland. We know that people with some basic knowledge and skills can save lives and

reduce the impact of an injury or illness. Through our ensa Mental Health First Aid training, we teach how to proactively approach a person in mental distress, aiming to offer support before a crisis develops. We are also passionate about Health Screening and Health Education and we strive to empower people to manage their own health through greater knowledge and understanding. Our training and education is led by native English-speaking doctors, nurses and midwives.
