Osterhasis aus TK-Laugenstangen 🐰🥨

Schnell gemacht, herzhaft, ein echter Hingucker auf dem Tisch — und mal ehrlich: eine richtig gute Alternative zu dem ganzen Oster-Süßkram.

Perfekt für den Osterbrunch, als kleines Mitbringsel oder wenn du zu Ostern einfach mit wenig Aufwand etwas Besonderes machen willst.

Du brauchst:
• TK-Laugenstangen
• grobes Salz
• optional Sesam
• optional etwas für die Augen

So geht’s:
Kurz antauen lassen, oben einschneiden, Ohren formen, unten umklappen, mit Salz und Sesam bestreuen und ca. 15 Minuten goldbraun backen.

Nährwerte pro 100 g laut Packung:
• 213 kcal
• 42 g Kohlenhydrate
• 1 g Fett

Lately, I’ve been asking myself more and more if I still truly belong in federations where steroids and performance-enhancing drugs are becoming more and more common — even in the bikini class.

For me, this sport was never just about appearance. It was always about fitness, discipline, health, and the work behind it. That’s exactly why it makes me sad to see how often everything now seems to be about getting results as fast as possible, no matter the cost.

And yes — that’s just my personal opinion — but the journey is simply not the same when someone steps on stage completely natural. The amount of discipline, patience, consistency, and real effort behind it is different.
Not easier. Not quicker. Just real.

I still believe this sport should stand for more than just the final look.
It should also stand for integrity, health, and the process behind it.

Just my opinion. But I know I’m not the only one thinking this. What do you think?

Stop trusting your smartwatch for calories. ⛔️⌚️

A Stanford study found that most smartwatches are wildly inaccurate when it comes to estimating calorie burn — sometimes off by huge margins.

Not because the devices are “bad”.
But because calorie burn is incredibly complex and can’t be measured properly with one sensor on your wrist.

So using your watch to decide how much you should eat?
Not the move.

Here’s what actually works 👇

Track your real intake.
If you’re currently eating intuitively or without strict macros — perfect.

1️⃣ Write down what you normally eat for 1–2 weeks
2️⃣ Keep your habits consistent
3️⃣ Watch what your bodyweight does

• Weight stays roughly the same? → That’s your maintenance
• Weight drops? → You’re in a deficit
• Weight climbs? → You’re in a surplus

Your watch or an online calculator only shows what the average person with your stats might need.
That has nothing to do with your actual metabolism, lifestyle, stress level, hormones, sleep, or habits.

Once you truly know your maintenance,
you finally have control:
fat loss, muscle gain — or both 💁🏼‍♀️
