This is a repost from a year ago when I had a thyroid issue. Don’t worry, I’m totally fine now. I healed myself in several ways -
I ate organic vegetarian food, drank celery juice every morning on an empty stomach, and freshly collected spring water throughout the day. I did a course of 8 intravenous ozone treatments with Dr Wayne Mc Carthy, 2 included ultra violet light.
I had a couple of ‘Hocatt’ ozone spas and light therapies thanks to John Coombes from .health.clinics. I had some help from amazing spiritual healer, Amy Balmer, as well as . I did yin yoga with my dear friend . I took vitamins, trace minerals and isotonic quinton.
I’d been very stressed, and needed to get out of the state of fight or flight I was in. I found cranial sacral treatments extremely helpful, and was sent lots of love from friends and family.
One of my big lessons was learning to love without attachment, staying only in connection. 💙
I did not take any pharmaceuticals. This was my personal choice. I knew my body could heal, because it had healed before from other things…and it did. In 7 weeks my symptoms had gone, my throat swelling had gone, my energy had returned.
Of course understanding why this happened was a huge part of the healing. I had to acknowledge the parts of me that held grief, fear, anxiety and sadness. 💙🦋

Somedays things just dawn on you, and this was one of them. Over the last 8 weeks or so I’ve had some sensitivity around my throat....it hurts to physically touch a particular area.
Back when I first noticed this I drank some water from a glass and then poured the remainder into my petri dish and froze it. I had the intention that water might show me what was going on with my body. This butterfly showed up in the ice, and back then I didn’t understand. But last week after having had some bloods done, I found out that I have thyroiditis (an inflamed thyroid gland) and after googling the thyroid it is also called the butterfly gland.
Water knows....
