LET’S GET SWEAT AND SPARKLE!
In order to stay healthy and motivated during the cold season, apart from eating nutritiously, exercising regularly, studying hard, let’s not forget to relax in Beleza Spa with sauna thanks to its 10 miraculous benefits below.

Proper ways to enjoy sauna:
• For beginners. Don’t use a sauna for more than 5 to 10 minutes at a time.
• After exercising. Wait at least 10 minutes before entering the sauna after exercise.
• At maximum. Don’t use the sauna more than about 15 minutes at a time.
• For ALL: Drink a lot of water! After a session ALWAYS take a cold shower…

Opening time from 5:30pm – 10pm (Mon/Wed: only Males, Tue/Thu: only Females)
