Last week, while I was roaming through the mountains, I had a dream.
I was swimming in our river, the Reuss — only this time, the river was flowing in the opposite direction. Not out of town, but back into town. And I was swimming with the current, back towards my apartment, which is located right next to the Reuss.
At the time, this dream left me bewildered, and I had no idea what it meant.
In the meantime, things have become clearer — and now the dream makes perfect sense.
Over the past few days, it has become evident that I need to say goodbye to Portugal — a place that, in a very short time, came to feel like a second home.
While this realization still fills me with sadness, I can also sense the potential of a new beginning — for now, back in Switzerland… and maybe, one day, in other countries again.
I’ll be sharing some updates with you soon about upcoming retreats and teacher trainings. You can also always check https://www.gerdaimhof.ch/kalender (link in bio) for the latest info.
I’m deeply grateful for everything I was able to experience and learn in Portugal. Every trip there was intense and rich. Now it’s time to integrate those learnings into my life and work — back in beautiful Switzerland.
P.S. I’m thinking about offering a Mountain Bliss Retreat in Switzerland next year. If you know of any beautiful retreat locations in the mountains, I’d love to hear your suggestions. 🙏🙏🙏
