A glimpse from our time in one of the world’s Blue Zones — a place where time slows down, stress fades away, and people enjoy an exceptional quality of life.

Ikaria is one of just five places on Earth where people regularly live well into their 90s and even beyond 100.

From crystal-clear waters to enchanted rivers and wild forests, this island truly has it all. It still holds onto the authentic charm of a Greek village, with warm, humble people and a vibe like nowhere else.

Our heart is all we have, and love is all there is.

Thank you for yet another powerful circle of prayers, dances, songs and strong women reclaiming their power through their voice and womb.

I am beyond grateful for these unique moments, that cannot really be described with words.

It is a real blessing to be walking on this life path with sisters, daughters, mothers and warriors!

The more I spend time in nature, the closer I am to God.

Here are few shots of our latest trip in North Morocco - surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and cristal blue waters. I am truly amazed by this land and its diversity.

I left my country at 17 and always traveled to other continents in the last 13 years of my life. My intention for 2025 was to reconnect to my roots and get to know more of the country I was born in.

Falling in love with Morocco every day a little more ❤️

Une femme qui se souvient, c’est un monde qui guérit.

SAGRADA est une prière vivante.

Un espace de "Rematriation" — un retour vers la Terre, vers le corps, vers le sacré.

Ici, nous nous souvenons que nous sommes faites de saisons, de lunes, de pulsations invisibles. Nous écoutons notre rythme intérieur, et nous guérissons — une femme, un ventre, un souffle à la fois.

Cette retraite est une invitation à renouer avec ta source en te déposant dans le repos, le silence, la lenteur. À te laisser traverser par le souffle du sacré. À honorer ta cyclicité, ta nature et ton intuition.

Parce que notre matrice n'est pas qu'un organe. C’est un sanctuaire - une force mystérieuse et puissante, capable de réveiller en nous une sagesse oubliée, ancestrale et universelle.

Aujourd’hui plus que jamais, le monde a besoin de femmes dangereusement éveillées, pleinement vivantes, unies dans leurs cœurs et leurs ventres.

Ta place est là, nous t'attendons!

I've been MIA around here for quite some time. I'm just really enjoying my slow life - nowhere to go, nothing to prove. Pouring all my creative energy in a wonderful project with my other half (absolutely nothing to do with retreats or womb work).

Since we moved to Morocco last october, something really big has shifted in me. For the first time ever, I'm not waiting for 'the next holiday' / 'the next trip' / 'the day off' / 'the next rave'. I feel completly full and blessed where I am, enjoying every little breath, movement I take, and the little routine (omg yes, routine!) I build.

In the last 4 years I've completely gone out of my comfort zone - kept trusting in my gut feeling and let myself be fully supported by life. During this time I took what feels like the scariest and hardest decisions, and now I'm collecting the juicy and tasty fruits that life has to offer.

Infinite gratitude for this gift that is feeling fully ALIVE 🙏🏻

"Taking my time" is definitely my mantra for 2025 🌼
