Hello, beautiful souls! Today, I want to share a deeply personal story with you. It's about my journey of forgiveness, healing, and transformation—a journey that has shaped who I am today and fuels my passion to help others.

Two weeks ago, I lost my beloved mother. Despite our challenging relationship, I have come to realize that she is a part of me, and I love her deeply. Her struggles taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and self-discovery.

For those of you who are struggling with forgiveness, especially towards a parent who has passed, I urge you to forgive yourself first. Our past does not define us; it's our response to it that shapes our future.

I experienced a deep burnout, and it felt like my life was unraveling. But I chose to rise, to learn, and to transform my mess into a message of hope and healing. My mother's journey, though fraught with challenges, inspires me to help others address their traumas and build meaningful relationships.
