It’s something we do every moment, yet we rarely give it attention. This workshop is an invitation to connect with your breath in a new, conscious way.
The best part? You already have everything you need: just you and your breath.
Once you begin to engage with it intentionally, the breath becomes a powerful ally—one that supports healing, clarity, and presence throughout your life.
During this workshop, I’ll introduce the fundamentals of breathwork and the Transformational Breath® technique. We’ll start by becoming aware of how each of us breathes, then gently transition into a full diaphragmatic breathwork session, followed by a deeply restorative relaxation phase.
