Lately, I’ve been feeling so much expansion, aliveness, and joy in the simplest things 🌿

Walking in the forest. Listening to the birds. Balancing on tree trunks like a child again.
And honestly… it feels so nourishing to let myself play again.

Sometimes reconnecting with ourselves doesn’t begin with “fixing” anything.
It begins with feeling alive again.

☀️ Something beautiful is slowly emerging for the Summer Solstice… and I can already feel its roots growing in the forest.

A small circle… but a deep one 🌿

Yesterday I held a Mothering in Rhythm workshop.

What came up most strongly?

👉 The autumn phase.

The moment when energy drops…but life doesn’t slow down.
And suddenly there’s anger.
Irritation. Overwhelm.

Not because something is wrong —but because something is asking for space.

This is where many mothers struggle the most.
And also where the deepest shifts can happen.

Today I woke up tired.
Mind racing. Heavy.
Nothing felt clear.

And instead of pushing through…
I slowed down.
I let her play.
I stayed present.
I kept things simple.

And something shifted.

Not everything.
But enough.

This is what I keep coming back to — not forcing clarity, but creating space for it.

If you’re in that place too…where everything feels uncertain and heavy…

You don’t need to figure it all out.
You just need a moment to reconnect ❤️

Going to the pool. Alone.
And not feeling guilty about it.

This is my autumn phase —when I need more space, more quiet, more time for myself.

I’ve learned that taking this time doesn’t take anything away from my family…. it actually gives more back.
