To find peace & harmony in their body, mind & spirit especially during menopause years, with natural methods and lifestyle changes. I am Ceylan Ayik, a certified Integrative Nutrition Healthy Living Coach and RYT 500hours Yoga Teacher, YACEP Trainer. I am passionate about empowering busy women to help them transform their mind, health and bodies through optimal nutrition, as well as guiding them to become the healthy confident role model for their children, family and community. I received my training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City where I had the opportunity to learn from the world’s leading experts in the field of holistic health and nutrition. I received my 400 Hour Hatha and Power yoga teacher training in Switzerland, 100 hour Hatha Antastha in Goa, India. I did my 100hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training on Body Reading and Anatomy in Nyon, Switzerland with Yogalife school. I also did 100hours of Advanced Training with Yogalife and 50hours of Yoga Nidra training in India. Alongside my busy family health coaching practice and yoga teaching, I am a mother of two, wife, writer for my Fit & Gourmet blog. I also lead workshops on nutrition and offer tailored private or group health coaching, as well as one-on-one health and nutrition coaching packages. Prior to my coaching life, I worked in the marketing departments of international companies. I was in the food and beverage industry for more than 15 years, did many new product launches and campaigns myself. I was a busy working mom, trying to manage my time among my family, house, work, sports, friends...you probably know the story. I changed so many habits that I would never think that I could! I was drinking almost a litre of Diet Coke, 3-4 cups of coffee, plus some black tea. I loved eating cheese and breads/crackers in the afternoon and always snacked in between meals with my "diet crackers"! Tried so many diets and usually disappointed with the results. I had a sedentary lifestyle, had no or just little time to exercise. I did my best for a healthier living yet struggled to keep it consistent. Through my coaching and yoga training, I finally enjoy a healthier lifestyle, consistent and pleasurable for myself and my family. By working together we will discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and your family. Getting this kind of support to transition your family to a healthy lifestyle is the best commitment you will ever make (trust me I know, because I have done it!).

🧘🏻‍♀️2016 means a lot to me as that is the year I started teaching yoga after my first training. Last weekend we celebrated 10 years of yoga together. Half of my students are from those years and half have joined us later.

🥹Here is my message to them after this day of celebration:

“My dear Yogi’s, thank you so much for joining today. You made my day so special and so beautiful. I am eternally grateful for your presence, trust and support in me and my yoga classes.

🥹All your kind words today touch my heart so much that I have a fully expanded heart full of joy and gratitude.

🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼And thanks to Yoga, which units us in this beautiful community, and as you very well expressed that brings the best out of ourselves.

👯‍♀️Looking forward to repeat this event with the ones who couldn’t make it and all of you in March.

🤗Looking at these numbers, I got mixed feelings!

First I am happy and proud🙏🏼

🙏🏼Then I realize how lucky and privilaged I am to live the life where I am in Switzerland and as an independent self-employee person.

🧐Then I also remember that in my 30s and even 40s I was not this much active cause I had other priorities like family, kids, home in addition to a career.

🫣I am also trying hard not to boost my ego with these achievements cause I know all is temporary and eveything can change in a moment.

🥳But hey, lets accept something, here I also see the gift of aging, even menopause! Cause thanks to this age and stage of my life, I can do all these activities!

🙋🏻‍♀️No more kids to take to activities so I take myself😂

🙋🏻‍♀️So, if you are in your 30s or 40s, feeling tired of running around for others, I tell you, 50s are better!!!

🙌🏼Also, please remember that this was possible because:

1. I Recovered with yoga and roller massage everyday, and sports Massage about 2 times/week
2. Protein and veggy focused clean diet
4. A good sleep
5. Some supplements (calcium, collagen, d, c, iron, triphala, ashwagandha, shatavari….the list is long for me😅)

🙏🏼And most importantly, an amazing family and friends, and community that I can share these passions and move and recover together.

🙏🏼Thank God, I am Back to my routines. After a period of celebrations and festivities, I am so happy to be back to my routine. With good sleep, exercise, clean, eating, trying new recipes, walking, and moving, I feel much better.

🙋🏻‍♀️One of the ways I motivate myself is to have a journal near my bed, and as soon as I wake up, I write how I want my day to be. I always add some sort of movement, a walk, yoga, workout, sauna, whatever is possible in that day. I also write myself that I will be mindful in my eating and in my choices of movements and meals.

🙌🏼Starting the day with these intentions, help me to stay focused and give me some sort of accountability to myself.

Happy New Year! ❄️ I hope you rested well during the holidays and started the new year with refreshed energy. Or maybe you had exhausting travels and complicated family encounters!

🙌 The New Year sometimes puts too much pressure on us to feel constant fun, joy, and entertainment.

I am now back to my routine, with a little more attention in the first couple of days to send away the “holiday excess baggage” 😊

✨ The New Cleanse and Reset starts on 16.01.26!

We are going to reset altogether! 💚 I love this part of the year, when we reset the digestive system, clear the taste buds, and start the year feeling healthy and strong, light, and calm in both body and mind.

I think this was my calmest, coziest welcoming to a new year. Family dinner, nice movie, fire, our dog, cat and just an easy evening. Really different from many hectic new years before.
Last year, after the new years night I got sick badly, had to be in bed for days and had to stop work, exercise, and all for some weeks. I think my subconcious mind held that memory well and asked for being more mindful this time!
I am this energetic Vata-Pitta type who needs to be reminded when to stop😅 Anyone else like me?🙋🏻‍♀️

Yesterday, on the first morning of 2026, I wanted to make Turkish bagels called Simit, which takes some time and energy yet also very therapeutic! We had this big brunch to start the year and a long walk after. This is so precious, these simple rituals of life, with the loved ones.
Simit turned out very well, using ‘s recipe, we had our last “indulging meal” before our dry and back to health lifetstyle comes back.

I always allow myself to enjoy holidays without fussing for Ayurvedic or other rules. Yet I keep my Ayurvedic spices, teas and self-massages to keep me going while I might force a bit too much my digestive powers😅

As of today, back to my regular diet, protein and vegetables, dairy and nuts, cooked fruits, easy on digestion, careful with carbs.

Then, my favorite times of the year starts, Cleanse and Reset program, on the 16th. We will stop only sugar, cafein, alcohol and processed food and I will teach how to cook with Ayurvedic rules to help you digest better, eliminate easily and if you want lose the excess weight.

I am also super excited for our where I share all of this and much more (like workouts, yoga and meditation classes, daily habit trackers, etc). Our first meeting is on the 6th, talking about how to get back to routine.

So, here I am, rested well, enjoyed holidays and ready to support you in your wellness journey.

This js my dharma, purpose in life, that I dedicated my life, as it comes from the very deep parts of my heart.

As we enjoy the festive period, if you are planning to do a detox/reset in January, here is what we will do in my program.

In winter, our bodies need nourishment from animal protein and healthy sources of wholemeal grains.

So in this reset, I will teach you how to make fresh cheese, yogurt at home, and bake with einkorn healthy and nourishing recipes.

As we detoxify from sugar, alcohol, and caffeine, we will enjoy healthy, seasonal, easy-to-digest recipes, aimed at fueling your body and mind for a great new start to the new year.

In a balanced healthy diet, my aim is to start the day with strong protein and fiber, and include protein in every meal, including the snacks.

Ayurveda complements this picture with its focus on digestion and teaches us how to use spices, herbs, and cooking techniques to help this process.

We will also practice Ayurvedic daily self-care practices to allow our body and mind to reset, detoxify, get younger, and energized.

So, this Reset is a unique combination of modern nutrition with the wisdom of Ayurvedic tradition to help you achieve and sustain a balanced body and mind.
