Dear all
Due to the current situation all classes are cancelled for now.
It is very important that we all stay home as much as we can. We need to do our part to protect the most vulnerable.
Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.
Now is the time for us to cultivate a home practice. Yoga, our breath and meditation are the tools that may help ease the anxiety that many of us are feeling. Let's see how we can use our yoga practice now and into the future to remain centered, extend our help to others less fortunate, and to practice kindness and compassion.
Stay safe and healthy and strong. And stay at home. Look after yourself and your loved ones.
I am looking forward to seeing you all soon again.
