Death can be a great teacher to remind us what is truly important in life. Befriending death can not only help us to truly live the life we want based on our own chosen (and not learned or inherited) values, death is also a great teacher to help us set things into perspective and take decisions that feel aligned.
In her book "the top 5 regrets of the dying" Bronnie Ware shares the top regrets she encountered when accompanying people in their final days. A great book to get inspired to live life now - not with perfectionism, but lots of passion and presence.
There is one major regret that I would add (see no. 6).
Would you agree?
If yes - what can you do about that?
If no - what would you put as number 6?
