Mindfulness - from doing to being...
We all know the feeling of being stressed. Our world gets narrow, we feel tension in our body, there might be a chaotic stream of thoughts, we feel hurried most of the time and are quickly irritable to ourselves and others.
Mindfulness encourages you to stop and examine and observe what is happening, right here and now. This pause gives us insight in how we respond to the world and ourselves, we see more clear again and this creates space for new choices of options.
We can enter in a healthier relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
