Sometimes I read through the messages women share with me after our journeys… and I need a moment to take it all in. 🥹🫶

Because what happens on these pilgrimages is not to be explained in words or even grasped with the mind.

🌐 The body expands to an intelligence beyond. 🧬

A Remembrance. A Transformation. A clearing.
An opening. A breakdown and a breakthrough.

Women arrive carrying a lot - pressure, responsibility, noise, grief, transition, exhaustion, longing, loss, disconnection…

And leave deeply replenished and connected to themselves again.

Not because of the „healing“.
Not because of the perfectly curated trip.
Not because of a staged performance seeking a spiritual experience or opening a portal.

But because sacred intentional travel changes the rhythm of how we meet ourselves and the world around us.

In presence and acknowledgement of what is. 🧚🏻✨

But the Nile begins long before the temples.
