We’re hours away from a brand-new year — and yep, the “new year, new me” noise is probably loud 🙃

Quick fun fact: humans have been making New Year’s resolutions for over 4,000 years.

And yet… most of them still fail by February.

Good news: you don’t need a dramatic January overhaul to win 2026.

You just need a smarter approach — and you can start now.

Here’s what I get my clients to do (and what I do myself):

1️⃣ Reflect (briefly).
10 minutes. What worked in 2025? What didn’t? Habits, routines, mindset. Clarity = power.
2️⃣ Pick 1–2 anchor habits.
Not 27 resolutions. Just the basics that move the needle: walking more, sleeping enough, protein, strength training. Simple. Unsexy. Effective.
3️⃣ Set up your environment.
Gym clothes ready. Easy meals planned. Less friction = more follow-through.
4️⃣ Add accountability.
Because motivation is unreliable and systems win every time.

Another year of supporting my amazing clients’ health, strength & wellbeing 💪✨

Feeling so grateful for the trust, effort, and energy you all bring — it truly lights me up doing this work 🤍

I’m now taking a couple of weeks off to soak up time with family & friends, do lots of cooking, lots of eating 😋🍝 and plenty of resting.

I’ll be back and ready to go on 5th Jan — refreshed, recharged, and probably with a few new workout ideas 🏋️‍♀️ 🔥

So many health fads… so many books… so much confusion 😵‍💫

Meanwhile, real health is over here being very unclickable:

It’s walking whenever you can 🚶‍♀️
Sleeping enough 😴
Eating enough protein 🍳
Lifting weights 2x/week 💪
Breathing properly to manage stress 🌬️
Drinking your water 💧

Not sexy. Not viral.

This year had a bit of everything — the joy of supporting amazing clients on their health journeys, special time with my mum during her health battle, and an unforgettable family holiday in Greece.

It also came with some tougher moments: endless sinus infections, asthma flare-ups, and the humbling realisation that sometimes you can do everything right and still feel like your body missed the memo. But with a new diagnosis (hello, type 2 inflammation 👋) and the right treatment, I’m finally on the mend — onwards and upwards into 2026.

I also kept growing, becoming a Certified Stretch Coach and Breath Coach this year — and because I know the holidays can be… A LOT, I’ve created a small gift 🎁 for you: a guided breath practice to help you find your calm when things get hectic.

Stepping out of our comfort zone is never easy… but wow, does it wake something up inside us. 🦋✨

I hadn’t played the piano since childhood — it was my mum’s dream for me back then. For decades, life got busy, priorities shifted, and the keys gathered dust. But I recently decided to come back to it for me — because there’s something powerful about giving my full focus to one thing, switching off the noise, and letting myself be a beginner again.

Walking onto that recital stage had my stomach doing somersaults… nervous, shaky, excited, alive. The kind of butterflies we get when chasing a goal that scares us just a little.

Growth lives in that intersection of fear and exhilaration — and I’m learning to love it.

Just back from a trip to Sicily — where I enjoyed incredible food, beautiful wine, and yes… plenty of gorgeous gelato.

As a Fitness & Nutrition Coach, I get asked all the time if I “allow” myself treats. Many people assume I live on salads — but the truth? My diet is balanced, not restrictive.

I eat plenty of colourful fruit and veggies, yummy bread, different protein sources, and good fats. But I also enjoy the occasional gelato, pizza, or glass of wine — guilt-free.

Because a healthy lifestyle isn’t about perfection; it’s about balance and sustainability.

Intuitive, balanced eating doesn’t mean “eat whatever, whenever.” It’s a smart, evidence-based approach that helps you fuel your body according to your unique energy needs, habits, and goals.

At the end of the day, a healthy relationship with food matters more than following the “perfect” diet. ❤️

Not as flashy as deadlifts or Turkish get-ups, but balance training is essential during menopause.

As women age, their risk of falling increases, and even the fear of falling can lead to an increased risk of falling, often culminating in decreased overall physical activity, and over time, this can also contribute to:

‼️ increased risk of lifestyle-related diseases
‼️decreased physical capabilities (e.g., strength, balance).
‼️decreased confidence, self-efficacy, and wellbeing.

💜 Reducing the risk of future falls can be LIFESAVING.

BALANCE training = DIMINISHED risk of falls = more FREEDOM to live life on your own terms 🙌.
