Doing my daily meditations or my quantum breath work - thank you - have become a part of my life, just like brushing my teeth, unthinkable to leave out... This connectedness, the knowledge that I am a co-creator, that there is something bigger that carries me, enriches my inner being, my soul and my life. And even if it’s not always easy in the „3D“ world... and even if it doesn’t always reflect in the outside world, I keep going because it shows up in the Materia, and over again, in little things, in encounters, in everything...
And to inspire someone to explore their inner self, to connect with the „spirit“, is an even greater Gift / Blessing
