Certified with the White Lotus Foundation of Santa Barbara and Baron Baptist Level I, she has c

ompleted over 320 hours of Anusara® training as well as 17 years with ParaYoga®. Jessica is a senior student of Yogarupa Rod Stryker, one of the world’s preeminent yoga and meditation teachers. Integrating the biomechanics of Anusara® and the sacred wisdom of ParaYoga®, Jessica teaches a seamless flow of balanced movement choreographed with the intelligence of the breath. She seeds the gaps with inspirational thoughts, yogic wisdom and self-observation. Each unique class is rooted in the Tantra Hatha Yoga tradition and calls upon vinyasa krama, the breath, precise alignment and profound meditation. She guides her students to a place of remembrance and connection with one’s inner source. Jessica has touched yogis across the four corners of the globe offering international workshops,retreats and karma yoga events in the USA, Switzerland and Cambodia. She works with teens, pregnant women and those with special needs. Jessica continues to inspire aspiring yoga

Grâce aux vibrations et aux fréquences d'instruments tels que les bols de cristal, carillons Koshi, tambour, le corps et le mental se détendent. La sonothérapie oeuvre sur les blocages émotionnels et physiques et permet d'harmoniser les émotions, d'apaiser l'esprit et de nourrir l'âme. Les tensions et les blocages se libèrent pour laisser l'énergie circuler à nouveau librement dans le corps.
Une parenthèse pour se déconnecter du quotidien et liberer les agitations du corps et de l'esprit avec les magnifiques et puissantes énergies de la super pleine lune 🌝

We often crave stability—a life where our emotions are balanced, our relationships harmonious, our days predictable, and even our breath flows in perfect rhythm. This longing comes from the mind, where the ego seeks safety and control. Any disruption—a skipped heartbeat, a wave of emotion, or a strain in a connection—feels like a threat.

But life is not meant to be controlled; it’s meant to be lived, with all its unpredictability and twist and turns. Like the shifting seasons or the tides, these fluctuations are part of the natural rhythm of existence, guiding us forward.

Life mirrors the heartbeat: expanding outward in moments of joy and growth, then contracting inward for rest and reflection. This rhythm moves us, propelling us toward what we need to grow. Yet, when we resist—clinging to stability of the known or fearing change of the unknown—we create friction. Resistance slows our progress, stifles our evolution, and often leads to unnecessary suffering.

In life’s most intense moments—when we feel stretched to our limits, flipped upside down, or brought to rock bottom—the only way out is through. Like passing through the birth canal to emerge into a new reality, these experiences reshape us. We might resist, scream, or hide from the intensity, but the miracle comes when we let go. In surrender, life lifts us up and carries us through with effortless grace. What once felt impossible becomes transformative, and the pain of resistance gives way to the ease of acceptance.

We don’t always get to choose the rhythm. Sometimes life rushes forward, faster than we feel ready to handle. Other times, it slows to a crawl, leaving us in the dark. These moments aren’t random; they’re gentle reminders from the universe to shift.

When life speeds up, it calls us to trust and ride the momentum. When it slows down, it whispers for us to pause, breathe, and move in.

Movement is life’s essence, and surrendering to its flow reconnects us to the vitality that sustains us.

When others feel sharp or prickly, your heart may be asking you to nurture it with softness. When you’re too outwardly focused, your body often calls you home, whispering through aches or exhaustion.

These signals aren’t problems to fix—they’re invitations to realign with yourself. The unpredictable twists and turns of life aren’t interruptions but opportunities to approach the unknown with curiosity, wonder, and courage.

In challenging times, pause and ask yourself: would you truly want everything to stay as it is, unchanged and permanent? Or is the discomfort you feel a sign of transformation, urging you to release what no longer serves and make room for something new?

Trust the rhythm of life. Even when it feels uncertain, it’s always guiding you toward growth and expansion.

Remember, most obstacles come from resistance—not from life itself. Holding onto what was or rejecting what is only creates suffering.

Let go of the need to control. Trust the flow of life, with all its imperfections, surprises, and beauty. Surrender, soften, and allow life to unfold.

When life unfolds with its own agenda, challenging our beliefs of right and wrong, the mind naturally narrows its scope, filtering what we perceive into the narrative we hold. From here, we take a stance on one side of the fence or unconsciously slip into the shadows, escaping the discomfort of what we don’t want to see or feel. This is the unintentional act of ''zoning out'' and becomes a blissful backseat for ignorance.

Above and beyond the choices of which side of the fence we take, there is a vantage point, accessible with an open mind and sourced from an open heart. Zooming out is an intentional decision to step outside the confines of our personal story and limiting beliefs. It invites us to pull back, softening the rigid edges of our judgments and letting go of the need to cling to our perspective. Instead, we enter the nuances, the spaces between words, where we see not just with our eyes but with our hearts.

We start asking, What would it be like to witness from the other side of the fence?

When we zoom out, the mind shifts from a need to be “right” to a longing for understanding. In this space, held in the heart rather than the ego, we make room for compassion, complexity, and unity. We remember that our differences don’t have to divide us; instead, our shared humanity connects us.

This expanded view allows us to set aside judgment and to remember that if one is drowning in 1 meter of water and another in 4 meters, both are equally drowning.

When perspective narrows, you can interchange the aperture from which you choose to experience and discern. This doesn’t mean accepting the unacceptable or condoning certain behaviors or narratives; rather, it offers a softer viewpoint that, at the very least, raises your vibration.

Stand on life’s edge, where differences blur, and behold the fragile beauty of every breath. Embrace the wholeness that holds us together, where understanding flows deep as any ocean, reminding us of the strength it takes to let go and the wisdom that comes from holding many truths at once.

From this vantage point, the observer sees what is being seen listens to what is being sounded feels what is being felt tastes what is being tasted comprehends what is being thought senses what is being sensed & experiences what is being experienced. ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

The biased lens of the mind dissolves and a wide open, untainted perspective expands limitlessly. The present moment awakens the senses as creativity and exponential intuition is sparked. ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

There is a lot of talk about spiritual bypassing, applying spirituality as a band-aide to cover what lies beneath. As much as a spiritual path of any kind, can soften the rough edges and offer a vantage point that blurs the jagged lines of the fixed ego, spiritual or not, we still must tend to our healing in order to return home.

With heaps of accessible information about self-healing available today, digesting book after book can result in an intellectual cognitive bypassing where we intellectualise our healing offering a false sense of mastery and control.

Both spiritual and intellectual bypassing keep us skirting the deeper issues, our inner world of sensations and emotions and trusting our body's wisdom. This is the road map back home.

Remembering that there is no one path but many paths that guide you to the depths of your being. Let spirituality awaken faith and a shift in perspective from the micro to the macro of life. Allow the mind to open and expand in learning but don't stop there.

Use both in stride as you embark on the journey of the Soul, the Hero's Journey (Joseph Campbell that supports you through the cobwebs of your psyche, though the jungle of your demons and through the darkness of your fears. Face to face, we meet, we acknowledge, we feel, we validate, and we hold what needed to be seen and felt long ago.

Keep studying. Open the mind. Keep believing in something larger than you. Aspire to evolve. And above all, keep feeling to heal even the uncomfortable, to the depths of the untouched vulnerable heart of your humanness.
