You always wanted to try meditation, but don’t know how to start? You tried meditating alone, but it was not really working?

You always wanted to experience something more, something deeper, something different than the grey weekdays repeating each other?
Were we really just born to study for years, then go to work, pay our bills and die? Or there is more in this world, and maybe we can get out more of this existence?

Meditation can help us to learn to lead a more meaningful life, to find our purpose, to learn to handle others with more compassion and understanding, and to learn how to love ourselves and stop torturing ourselves in our everyday lives. We often fall into the mistake, that we only care about our phisical appearances, our financial status, our work position, we often work to buy a bigger house, a bigger car, to go on a more fancy holiday. While doing these things, we often forget the most important thing, to establish a healthy, harmonious relationship with ourselves and with the people around us. We forget to truly live and enjoy our lives, everyday problems and everyday stress is consuming us, and we forget the true meaning, to lead happy and healthy lives, by caring about ourselves and about our real needs. To be happy with who we truly are, to have meaningful and deeply connected relationships, to choose carriers which are serving our true purpose and making us happy. To truly care about others, the people we love, and to be able to give them the attention and care, what they truly deserve.

If you are wishing to live a meaningful life, to share happiness with others, to be able to lead a life according to your gifts, the things you are good at and you are willing to share it with people, then meditation can be a great help with these topics. Meditation can help you to recognise your true potential, and to get to know the things what you were looking for all your life in the outside world, while they were inside you all the time.

Meditation is a method which can help us to get to know and understand ourselves better, to establish a harmonious relationship with ourselves and with others. It also helps us to deal with everyday situations better, and we will be able to see them more clearly and find a solution for them in an easier way. With the help of meditation it is possible to learn to live a more balanced, happier life, through creating a deeper relationship with our true selves.

Healing Yoga Therapy:

In the healing yoga therapy we are working with different diseases and problems not only on the physical level, but also on the spiritual level. We can understand the reasons of our diseases on a deeper level and we can start dissolving them through asanas, relaxation techniques and meditation practices. The beneficial effects of the special asanas are not only effecting the physical body, but they start to heal the energetic system of the patient, and to dissolve the blockages in the different energy channels and chakras of the body. If we have a disease, usually the wrong functioning of a chakra is also connected to it, and because of this we drive special attention to the healing of the chakras. Through healing yoga therapy we are focusing on a special problem or disease, I create the different asanas and breathing techniques according to the problem, and through the relaxation and meditation practices we start to dissolve the deeper spiritual background of the diseases and problems.

The tibetan energetic healing can offer you help in solving arising problems, and can evoke different changes in our everyday lives. This healing method has an effect on more dimensions. It activates the self healing ability of our physical body, it strengthens the immune system, it facilitates the healing processes of diseases. It is clearing the energy body, the chakras, the nadis, the meridians, it helps in dissolving the emotional blockages, and it is starting the detoxifying processes in the physical body. On the other hand it is easing stress and facilitates the creation of calmness and inner peace. It evokes inner changes, in this way we can experience positive changes through our everyday lives.

The four basic healing happens in four following days, and it includes the whole body. It results an intense physical and mental cleansing. My way of teaching 😊

My way of teaching

We often use spirituality as a way of escaping from our everyday life, from our seemingly boring problems. We do yoga, meditation and other spiritual practices to distance ourselves from the world, and we think we are so spiritual, we are much more better than others, we have much more deeper understanding of the world, and we have great spiritual achievments, like some vivid visions in meditation, or when we can finally complete a difficult yoga posture, which we were practicing since months or years. All we see in front of our eyes is the achievment, we are concentrating so much of reaching a certain goal, that we forget about the wonder of the journey at all. We are struggling so much to reach the other shore, that we fail to see, that we are already there. Even the most effective techniques of yoga, buddhism or other spiritual traditions can be used as a tool for the development of the ego. This is called spiritual materialism. When we are using the most helpful, sacred practices with the intention to become something better, to develop ourselves, and to achieve something extraordinary, in reality we are just taking part of an other game of our own ego. In my own experience we can use these practices in a way, which can be helpful to make our everyday lives more meaningful, more easy to deal, and we can use these spiritual methods to face and solve our everyday problems, not to run away from them for a 90 minutes yoga class or for a weekend long meditation retreat.

The way how I design my meditation and yoga classes, and healing sessions too, is the way of the fearless warrior, who uses no weapons, and who is actually uses these spiritual practices to face his/her own mind through working on his/her everyday life situations with the help of different spiritual practices. In my opinion spirituality can be a great help of achieving a peaceful life, in which our everyday, mundane activities are in harmony with our spiritual practice. In my own experience, the spiritual and the physical realm can’t exist without each other, even if we try to manage it differently, physical actions without spiritual knowledge and experience can’t work that effectively, and even hours of daily spiritual practice is useless without real physical action. Yoga teached me how to sincronise mind and body together, in this way the spiritual realm and the physical realm came together in my own consciousness, and I understood that none of it can work properly without the other. And yoga also teached me to love myself and my own body (which was an object of self hate at least for the last 20 years of my life) and meditation teached me how to deal with my everyday problems and how to get to know my own mind through facing these problems and working on the solution for them. This is the experience and knowledge which I wish to share with my students and show them methods what they can use to find out who they truly are and share their gifts with the world. The way how I teach my methods can help people to create an attitude in which they can look for the solution, and not to escape from the problem.
