FlowFabrik ist dein Yoga & Movement Studio im Zentrum von Winterthur. flowfabrik is a Winterthur based Movement & Yoga company founded in the spring of 2017.

We believe we grow healthier, happier and stronger when we grow together and have fun at the same time. At flowfabrik we create opportunities for you to flow, feel content, happy and challenged no matter who you are. We guarantee well educated, inspired teachers and a down to earth, easy going atmosphere with room for humour, laughter, questions and wishes. It all started right between the first and second wave of the COVID-19 lockdowns… a challenging time, yet a quiet gut feeling whispered that this was the moment—the moment to let this idea, my hope, curiosity, and determination bloom into a studio.

Thanks to your trust, your commitment, and our amazing team of teachers, we are still here today—growing, learning, and creating a community that uplifts and inspires every single day.

Five years behind us, and at least five more to come. Here’s to the journey, the lessons, the laughter, and the incredible people who make it all possible.

Somatic Dance ist eine 90-minütige Reise, die dich aus dem Kopf in die Geschichten deines Körpers bringt – Geschichten, die oft in der Stille verborgen sind und die Worte nicht fassen können.

Diese Praxis ist eine nonverbale Kommunikation, eine Kombination aus Tanz-, Bewegungs- und Meditationstherapie. Hier geht es darum, was wir in unserem Körper spüren und erleben. Es geht um Fühlen und Sein.

Rückblick auf einen wundervollen Sommer im Schwimmbad Wolfensberg 2025 🌞

Was für eine Saison! Von Stand-Up-Paddle-Board über Outdoor-Yoga im Park, Aquafitness im Wasser bis hin zu Sound Baths mit Jenny von Ocean of Sounds – und nicht zu vergessen: Outdoor-Barre & Stretching. Jede einzelne Einheit war voller Energie, Freude und Verbundenheit.

Ein riesiges DANKESCHÖN an alle, die teilgenommen, Interesse gezeigt und uns ihr Vertrauen geschenkt haben. Ihr habt diese Zeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.

2026 sind wir wieder im Schwimmbad zurück – und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf!

I get what they mean. But every time I hear it, I think:
I don’t want to leave my daily life behind.
If something in my life isn’t working, I don’t want to escape it for an hour with soft lighting and a latte. I don’t want a temporary illusion. I want real change.

I know, I know—
Some might say, “Relax, Hanne, it’s just an expression.”

But is it?
Or is it a symptom of our times—this constant urge to numb, to cover up, to pause the discomfort just long enough to keep functioning?

Then it's back to survival mode… after the coffee break.

After more than four years of writing, reflecting, and refining, something very dear to my heart is ready to meet the world. What began as my personal notes has grown into a 250-page manual – the foundation for a Yoga Alliance approved 200h Teacher Training.

This is more than a training. It’s a journey. A journey into your light.

A journey into deepening your own practice, understanding the roots of yoga, and – if you feel the call – starting to teach.
