Our events are drug-, alcohol-, and substance-free, creating a safe, conscious space where everyone is welcome. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your dance journey. Sunday Morning Pilates + Ecstatic Dance ☀️

Enjoy a 45-minute pilates session with .moves.you to increase your strength, flexibility and body awareness. Through precise, flowing movements, you will particularly strengthen the deep-lying muscles while improving your posture, stability and balance.

This class will guide you to experience conscious breathing, concentration, and a powerful sense of connection with your own body.

Pilates is optional, tickets are available with or without Pilates.

You can look forward to dance to the music of from Zurich. As a DJ and dancer, she sees the connection between dance and music as a love story. She loves immersing herself in the diversity of music and selecting tracks to create a unique dance journey.

is a DJ and dancer who experiences the connection between dance and music as a love story where both merge into one. She loves diving into the diversity of sound and carefully choosing tracks to create an immersive dance journey, bringing joy and lightness to the dance floor.

She is the co-founder and DJ of Xtatic Events Zurich, has founded and guided the Ecstatic Dance tribe “Göttliches Sein,” co-founded the Ecstatic Day Dance community, and has performed at gatherings such as the Dreamweaver Gathering Festival.
