Patient 1: Eckes
Patient appears wildly disoriented, walking with a constant arrhythmic groove in his step. In his words “he’s following the rhythm of the world”. Prone to verbal outbursts.
Patient 2: Pawlowski
Patient is overly enthusiastic about keeping his independence, which has led to many heated situations in our Asylum. Dismissive of attempts to assist in his rehab. Will tinker with any electronic devices to “establish a connection between our dimension and [REDACTED].
Patient 3: O.B.I
Patient “O.B.I” mostly keeps to himself. In his delusions he sees himself as “The Bringer of the Night”. Appears stable when in complete darkness - keep away from light to avoid [REDACTED]
Patient 4: Aphotic
“Aphotic” displayed early warning signs of mental ilness. Admitted after passing the 120dB threshold. Refused to turn it down due to “divine frequencies ?”. Constantly mumbling cryptic and incoherent phrases.
Patients 5/6: Caermi & Megix
Patients “Caermi” and “Megix” are inseparable from each other. Claim to be conjoined twins although their date and place of birth are completely different. Admittet after [REDACTED].
Patients are to be handled with the utmost caution. Unstable and completely absorbed in their delusions.
