Can’t believe it’s been almost six years since opening the studio 🥺 With the pandemic being our first challenge it all seemed easier afterwards... Forever grateful for all the students who have practiced with us over the years, some even turning into friends 🙏
And to my mum who gave me the courage to open my own studio.
Here’s to many more flows!

The focus of my class is nervous system regulation and how we can support it through yoga, by doing what feels good for you and your body in that moment.

It is a dynamic vinyasa flow with elements of holding asanas, restorative yoga and breathing to connect body and mind.

It has obviously in no way been how we imagined starting our own yoga studio would be but with the love and support we have received from all of you it still turned out better than we imagined! Thank you for showing up on your mat even when we are separated by a screen. Here is to many more years 🙏
