What a journey these past three weekends have been.

We slowed down, turned inward, and explored the quiet spaces within through Yoga Nidra. Somewhere along the way, each of us connected to a deeper intention, a Sankalpa that feels true and grounding.

Practising, sharing, and growing together made this experience even more special. A room full of openness, support, and genuine connection.

It all passed so quickly, but the impact will stay for a long time.
