As a product line director, wellness & beauty for Amcor Rigid Packaging Solutions International, this means more than just providing a packaging solution. Before launching something new, Lara and her teams make sure concepts are tested and validated 🎯with end consumers. She looks at usability, shelf impact, how people prefer our products compared to others and overall likeability. This approach not only helps our launches succeed, but also gives our teams better insights, more credibility and stronger partnerships with customers.
