No visible scars, no overcorrection, no distortion — achieved with my facelift technique and the FIT method.

Upper eyelids: no recurrence, no visible scarring, thanks to my specialized muscle technique.

From this peaceful morning scenery straight into the OR ✨
Just finished our first breast reduction using my purse-string suture technique — with almost no visible scars, maximal precision.
Alongside 2 breast augmentations, 2 blepharoplasties, and a microsurgical removal of a facial tumor compressing the facial nerve — also with no visible scars as I cut with my FIT ( the Flat Incision Technique)

Focused hands, full heart.

The purse-string suture technique can massively reduce scars from breast lifts and moderately large breast reductions and avoid T-scars.  The purse-string-suture-technique allows breast lifts and breast reductions to be performed with almost no scars . There is no T-scar and the scar is hidden in the breast fold. The technique can be used for breast lifts and moderately large breast reductions where the ni**le does not need to be transferred more than 5 centimeters. The vertical part of the scar is also much finer because the stitches are smooth and not gathered. Unsightly dog ​​ears can also be avoided with the technique.

Nach der Disputation am 10. Juli 2025 und der Einreichung ihrer Arbeit „Die Entwicklung der ästhetischen Chirurgie in Deutschland, Frankreich und im angelsächsischen Raum in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts – eine vergleichende Studie unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des "Facelift"wurde meiner Frau, Sandra Yvonne Feinendegen, an der Medizinischen Fakultät der LMU München der Doktortitel in Humanbiologie (Dr. rer. biol. hum.) verliehen. Ich könnte nicht stolzer auf sie sein und ihre Leistungen.

Mein Dank gilt ihren Betreuern Prof. Wolfgang Locher, Prof. Markus Wörnle, Prof. Andreas Nerlich und Prof. Thilo Schenck sowie unserer Familie, die sie auf diesem Weg unterstützt haben. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Sandra! 🩺

✨ After the doctoral defense on July 10, 2025, and the submission of her dissertation „Die Entwicklung der ästhetischen Chirurgie in Deutschland, Frankreich und im angelsächsischen Raum in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts – eine vergleichende Studie unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des "Facelift" my wife, Sandra Yvonne Feinendegen, was awarded the doctoral degree in Human Biology (Dr. rer. biol. hum.) at the Medical Faculty of LMU Munich. I could not be prouder of her and her achievements. ✨

My gratitude goes to her advisors Prof. Wolfgang Locher, Prof. Markus Wörnle, Prof. Andreas Nerlich, and Prof. Thilo Schenck, as well as our family, who supported her throughout this journey. Congratulations, Sandra! 🩺
