Lhagsam’s story

Lhagsam Tibetan Meditation FPMT study group in Zurich, Switzerland since 2015. After a long search we finally found a permanent location in October 2018. You are invited to come by anytime to see, whether it could become your spiritual home too.

We are associated with FPMT - The Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition, which transmits the Mahayana Buddhist tradition and values worldwide through Tibetan Buddhist teachings, meditation, community service, retreat centers, and projects that preserve the tradition. FPMT is based on the Gelugpa tradition of Lama Tsongkhapa of Tibet as taught by our founder, Lama Thubten Yeshe and spiritual director, Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
