For my gym girls & bros 💪

Chalk can be pretty drying for the hands and also difficult to remove with soap-based detergents (also drying…). Instead use a cleaning oil for thorough removal of chalk without burning 🔥 or dryness 🫥. Follow by a@moisturizer of your choice.

This isn't keratosis pilaris!
But the treatment's similar 🍓

This is fish scale skin aka ichthyosis 🐟. It's a genetic disorder affecting keratin production and permeability of skin barrier. Ichthyosis often shows as dry, scaly and itchy skin. Urea and lactic acid-based moisturizers 🧴 are lifesavers.
