There is a quiet moment in every practice when everything settles.

The breath softens.
The body unwinds.
The mind finds space again.

This is where Kundalini Yoga begins to weave its work.
Not through force, but through gentle awareness.
A slow opening from the inside out. A returning to what feels steady and true.

Its frequency reconnects me with the courage to let go of the stress the mind creates so easily, jumping from one thought to the other.

The Mool Mantra carries a beautiful vibration, but also a powerful philosophy that brings us back to the essence.

True freedom begins when we stop resisting life.

When we let go of control,
we discover that everything is connected.
That life moves through us, not because of us.

This is the essence of Ek Ong Kar — the understanding that all is one.

All our classes offer you a peaceful harbour where you can practicing Yoga and meditation in small groups in order to come close to yourself in the here and now. No yoga experience is needed; the start of a class is possible anytime on any level. We look forward to practice with you!
