WINTER SOLSTICE CANDLE LIGHT RESTORATIVE

The winter solstice marks both the darkest day of winter and the beginning of the sun‘s return. It‘s a chance to acknowledge the turning of the seasons, release what no longer serves us, and the completion of another cycle.

❄️Dann mach mit beim “Beat the Winterblues” Kurs mit Angela im Younion Yoga. ❄️
🕯️Von anfangs November bis Ende Februar gibt es insgesamt 12 Gruppentreffen und eine Einzeltherapie Session. Die Gruppentreffen sind jeweils am Mittwoch und dauern zwischen 75 und 120 min (je nach Thema). 🕯️
Beat the Winterblues ist ein therapeutischer Kurs, mit Yoga, Ayurvedischen Routinen und Ritualen und Raum für Austausch. Ein Teil der Kosten können von der Zusatzversicherung übernommen werden.
