Connecting minds, improving lives.

The ESMINT Congress 2026 returns to Marseille – a familiar and inspiring setting for scientific exchange.

Under the leadership of Congress President Franziska Dorn, the 2026 motto highlights what truly drives progress in neurointervention: collaboration across disciplines, borders and perspectives.

From 2–4 September 2026, we will come together to exchange ideas, work with partners from research, imaging and industry, and turn innovation into real improvements for patient care.

🎥 Missed yesterday’s webinar? Be sure to catch up with the recording!

We were delighted to explore the progress of the pilot edition of the EastMINT programme, under the leadership of EastMINT Chair Ivan Vukasinovic. The session brought together representatives from the three participating sites—Nikola Boban (Novi Sad, Serbia), Deniz Bulja (Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina), and Petar Janevski (Skopje, North Macedonia)—and sparked insightful exchanges with moderator Jan-Hendrik Buhk and Ivan Vukasinovic.

While the discussions highlighted the very real, region-specific challenges of stroke care across Eastern Europe, the overall tone was one of optimism, collaboration, and tangible progress already achieved.

The EastMINT programme is built on three core pillars:
🔹 Quality education
🔹 E-proctorship
🔹 Observership

Welcoming our new and returning students to ECMINT 6.2! 🎓✨
We are delighted to kick off the newest edition of ECMINT at our usual venue, St Anne’s College, Oxford. This week’s focus: Cerebral Aneurysms – a cornerstone topic in neurointerventional education.

A big thank-you to our course directors Phil White, Adam Rennie and Anne Schmitt, and to our outstanding faculty for shaping another high-quality programme. 🙌

We’re equally grateful to the teams at St Anne’s, Reattendance, Orzone, and of course to all our wonderful students – onsite and online – who make ECMINT such a vibrant learning community.

Over the coming days, participants will dive into a full programme of plenary lectures, small-group tutorials, and many opportunities for peer learning and networking alongside the scientific sessions. We can’t wait to see the progress unfold! 💡📚
