Let me tell you something the wellness industry will never say: justice is sacred. The desire for accountability is not a low vibration. It is one of the most ancient, goddess-consecrated impulses in the human body.

Themis holds the scales. Nemesis rides. Sekhmet does not rest until the balance is restored. These are not cautionary figures. They are the architecture of cosmic order. And they have been invoked by priests, priestesses, and witches for thousands of years to do exactly what you are afraid to ask for.

They told you that you had to forgive. Every time. Immediately. With a smile. Or you weren’t spiritual enough.

That’s not a goddess path. That’s a domestication program.

Here is what the sacred dark feminine actually teaches: forgiveness is not a debt you owe the people who harmed you. It is not the price of your healing. It is not proof of your growth. And it is absolutely not required on anyone’s timeline.

The goddesses this path is built on, goddesses like Sekhmet, Ereshkigal, Kali, the Morrigan, they do not forgive on command. They transmute. They devour. They descend. They return changed, and they bring consequences with them.

Real spiritual maturity is not the endless extension of grace to people who have not earned it. It is knowing the difference between releasing a wound for your freedom and releasing a person from their accountability. These are not the same thing.

You can heal without forgiving.
You can grow without excusing.

The witch does not flinch. That is what they never understood about her.

She has stood at the edge of the burning times, the witch trials, the erasure, the ridicule, the pathologizing of her talents. She has been called hysteric, heretic, delusional, dangerous. And she has looked back, steady-eyed, and kept walking.

This is not the motivational poster version of self-belief. This is something older and far more unsettling to the uninitiated. The witch is unfazed because she has cultivated a relationship with her own sovereignty so deep and so rooted that external noise simply does not have the same purchase on her nervous system that it once did.

She knows what she carries. She knows which forces back her. She has stood in the dark, done the ritual, held the grief, and transmuted it into something luminous and sharp. That process does not leave you trembling at the opinions of people who have never done the work.

This is what the dark feminine path actually builds in you. Real, structural, bone-deep confidence that comes from knowing yourself as a sovereign being in relationship with forces larger than any single human judgment.

New moon in sidereal Pisces today. Sun and Moon conjunct at approximately 3° Pisces, with Saturn and Neptune in the same sign. Four bodies in the dissolution waters simultaneously. Whatever you are beginning right now is beginning in depth, not at the surface. Expect slow growth, not fast proof.

The equinox threshold is tomorrow: day and night equal everywhere on Earth. The balance point. Whichever hemisphere you are in, the axis is tipping. Feel it if you can. Step outside if the sky is clear.

Mercury stations direct Saturday the 21st, still in sidereal Aquarius. The retrograde review period closes. Watch what wants to move again, communications, decisions, things that stalled. Give it a few days before you treat it as fully clear.

This three-day window is genuinely one of the more convergent passages of the year. Worth marking, even quietly.

the version of this i didn’t say out loud:
there is something in the human nervous system that has always known it needed more than the visible world could offer.

before therapy, before self-help, before productivity systems and optimisation frameworks, there was ritual. there was intention. there was someone in the community who knew how to work with what couldn’t be seen.

To name this as “primitive” or “superstition” is frankly white-middle-class colonial BS that has no place in a heart-centred world.

Spellwork is one of the oldest and most consistent features of human experience across every culture that has ever existed. the need to be held within a container of intention. to have someone stand in your corner not just practically but energetically…

to know that something is being worked on your behalf in the spaces that logic cannot reach.

we didn’t evolve past that need. we just got embarrassed about it.

and so now people suffer through situations… the divorce, the career sabotage, the relationship that won’t move, the pattern that keeps returning… with only half the available tools. because somewhere along the line we decided that sophisticated people don’t do this.

i work with lawyers. executives. scientists. mothers. women who are extremely competent and extremely tired of doing everything the hard way.

they don’t commission spellwork because they’ve abandoned reason.

they do it because they’re pragmatic enough to use every resource available to them.

your ancestors would not have thought twice about this. neither should you.

Once upon a time i was so deep in victim mode i was considering charging rent for how long i’d been living there

and i want to be clear, the things that put me there were real. they were not my fault. the harm was genuine.

but at some point i had to acknowledge that i was also, with great dedication and commitment, absolutely refusing to move.

the “why me” spiral is seductive because it’s not wrong. you were wronged. you deserved better. the situation was unfair. all true. and also, not to be harsh, a completely useless place to set up permanent residence. i had unpacked my bags. i had put up curtains. i was SETTLED.

here’s what working with dark goddesses does that nothing else did for me: they do not do long-term accommodation for victim mode. Hekate will hold you while you grieve and then she will look you dead in the eye and say so. what are we doing about it.

Ereshkigal literally lives in the underworld. she knows the difference between someone who needs to fall apart and someone who has started decorating with their trauma.

the confrontation is not cruelty. it’s just a very efficient, slightly uncomfortable shortcut out of your own way. hot knife through butter. the butter being your extremely well-rehearsed excuses.

your genius is not meant to be spent on why me. it is meant to be spent on what now. the goddesses will make sure you know the difference, whether you are ready to hear it or not.

the dark goddesses are not here to just help you manifest a parking space and feel good about yourself.

Hekate walks the liminal spaces caring for ghosts and lost spirits. Ereshkigal rules the place souls go when the world above has failed them. the Morrigan has been circling battlefields since before recorded history, prophesizing who rises and who falls.

these are not soft, neutral powers. they have opinions about predators, abusers, and systems designed to crush the vulnerable, and those opinions are not gentle.

this is why i have zero patience for the „love and light only, baneful magick is bad“ crowd. sometimes the most spiritually aligned thing you can do is call on ancient powers of death, transformation and sovereignty and say: this person/system is causing harm. i am asking for intervention.

that’s not dark = bad. it’s dark = DEPTH. It id sacred devotion in the direction of justice.

the goddesses said yes before you finished asking.

there was a time when a ringing phone mid-ritual would have sent me into a full spiral. the circle is BROKEN. the energy is RUINED. i have to start OVER.

baby witch behaviour and i say that with love because i lived it.

now? i’m reciting from the Greek Magical Papyri whilst chopping an onion, three tabs open, dog barking, someone at the door. the spell is still happening. the current doesn’t care.

this is what nobody tells you about advancing in your practice: it stops being a separate room you walk into and becomes the water you swim in. magick isn’t a separate current from real life that requires perfect conditions. it’s a state of being you carry in your body.

the real-life mid-spell interruption IS the practice. staying in current while the muggle world does its thing? that’s the actual work. that’s the training.

perfectionism in magick is holding you back from being the most unfazed, powerful and magical witch alive. and the craft will keep giving you opportunities to release it until you do.

you are not less of a witch because the phone rang. you are more of one if you kept going anyway.
