Pictures from the 2025 Energy Arts Summer Retreat
This summer’s retreat took students on a full journey through Heaven and Earth Qigong, from foundational beginner practices to the most advanced layers of this powerful set.
Over four weeks, we explored how opening and closing the joints, relaxing the fascia, and engaging the deep structures of the body can transform strength, flexibility, and energy flow from the inside out.
