Wien bietet mir immer wieder diese ganz besonderen Momente voller Kultur und Inspiration.
Ich genieße es sehr zu verreisen und dabei in die barocke Pracht dieser Stadt einzutauchen. Auch wenn ich privat unterwegs bin ist mein Beruf oft ein Thema das Menschen verbindet und neugierig macht.
Unter der Woche bestimmt die Konzentration im OP meinen Alltag in Frankfurt. Meine Scrubs und OP Clogs sind meine täglichen Begleiter. Ein festliches Wochenende wie dieses beim Techniker Cercle bildet dazu einen herrlichen Kontrast.
Diese Gegensätze schenken mir neue Lebensfreude und Energie für meine Arbeit. Es ist der Genuss dieser Augenblicke der die Präzision in meiner Praxis perfekt ergänzt.

Vienna always offers me these very special moments full of culture and inspiration. I truly enjoy traveling and immersing myself in the baroque splendor of this city.
Even when I am traveling privately my profession is often a topic that connects people and sparks curiosity. During the week the focus in the operating room defines my daily life in Frankfurt.
My scrubs and surgical clogs are my daily companions. A festive weekend like this one at the Techniker Cercle creates a wonderful contrast. These opposites give me new joie de vivre and energy for my work.
It is the enjoyment of these moments that perfectly complements the precision in my practice.

Viele erwarten beim Thema Ästhetik schnelle Antworten. Ich nicht.

In meiner Erstberatung nehme ich mir bewusst 60 bis 90 Minuten, weil es um mehr geht als ein Ergebnis. Es geht um Vertrauen, Transparenz und ein gutes Bauchgefühl.

Die Beratung läuft in drei Schritten ab:

1.Vorbereitung: Aufklärung, Vorher-Nachher-Beispiele, ehrlicher Blick auf Schwellung, Risiken und mögliche Komplikationen.

2.Diagnostik & Simulation: u.a. Nasenendoskopie und 3D-Simulation – damit das, was wir besprechen, auch realistisch bleibt.

3.Organisation: Schonzeit, Planung (z.B. Hotel) und auf Wunsch auch Unterstützung bei der Finanzierung.

Ich nehme mir Zeit, damit am Ende nicht nur ein Wunsch da ist, sondern ein sicheres Gefühl und begleite den Weg so, wie er für dich passt.

Many people expect quick answers when it comes to aesthetics. I do not.

In my initial consultation, I deliberately take 60 to 90 minutes, because this is about more than an outcome. It is about trust, transparency, and a good gut feeling.

The consultation follows three steps:

Preparation: education, before-and-after examples, and an honest look at swelling, risks, and possible complications.

Diagnostics and simulation: including nasal endoscopy and 3D simulation, so that what we discuss stays realistic.

Organization: recovery time, planning (for example, a hotel), and, if desired, support with financing.

I take the time so that, in the end, there is not only a wish, but a sense of confidence. I guide you through the process in the way that fits you best.

Oft erlebe ich, dass Es nicht das Alter ist, das belastet.

Es ist das Gefühl, dass das Gesicht etwas erzählt, das man innen nicht (mehr) fühlt. Müdigkeit, Schwere, Anspannung und das obwohl man sich eigentlich klar und lebendig erlebt.

Ein Facelift ist für mich dann sinnvoll, wenn es genau diese Verschiebung adressiert: Nicht jünger werden, sondern wieder stimmig. Ziel ist ein Ausdruck, der offener wirkt, ruhiger, in sich ausgeglichener, ohne die Person zu verändern.

Ich arbeite nach klaren Leitlinien: Natürlichkeit, hohe Sicherheitsstandards und Respekt vor dem individuellen Gesicht.
Ein gutes Ergebnis ist für mich nicht spektakulär, sondern unaufdringlich. Eines, das nicht nach Eingriff aussieht, sondern nach „Ich sehe wieder aus wie ich“.

I often find that it is not age itself that weighs on people.

It is the feeling that the face is telling a story that no longer matches what one feels inside. Fatigue, heaviness, tension, even though you actually experience yourself as clear and full of life.

For me, a facelift makes sense when it addresses exactly this shift, not to become younger, but to feel aligned again. The goal is an expression that appears more open, calmer, more balanced within, without changing the person.

I work according to clear principles: natural results, the highest safety standards, and respect for each individual face.

A good result, to me, is not spectacular, but understated. One that does not look like a procedure, but like, “I look like myself again.”

✨ 2 Monate post OP vs. 1 Jahr post OP ✨
📍 Offene Rhinoplastik 🥼🩺👩🏼‍⚕️👃🏻💪🏻👏🏻

Heute möchten wir euch einen sehr schönen Heilungsverlauf präsentieren: 2 Monate post OP im Vergleich zu 1 Jahr post OP. Auf dem Foto nach 2 Monaten sieht man noch deutlich die typische postoperative Schwellung – besonders im Bereich der Nasenspitze und der Nasenflügel. Der sogenannte Hautmantel ist noch geschwollen, wodurch die Spitze breiter wirken kann und ein Nasenflügel leicht „hängend“ erscheinen kann. Außerdem ist es völlig normal, dass eine Seite stärker geschwollen ist als die andere.

Wichtig zu wissen: Die Schwellung baut sich langsam und schrittweise ab – meist von oben nach unten, wobei die Nasenspitze oft am längsten braucht. Dieses Beispiel zeigt besonders schön, wie fein und natürlich sich das Ergebnis bei einem dünnen Hauttyp entwickeln kann. Nach einem Jahr wirkt die Nase sehr dezent, harmonisch und perfekt angepasst an das Gesicht der Patientin.

Today we would like to share a beautiful healing journey, showing the difference between 2 months post-op and 1 year post-op. In the 2-month photo, typical postoperative swelling is still clearly visible, especially around the nasal tip and the alar wings. The soft tissue envelope is still swollen, which can make the tip appear wider and one nostril slightly more “droopy”. It is also completely normal for one side to show more swelling than the other.

It’s important to understand that swelling resolves slowly and gradually, usually from top to bottom, and the nasal tip is often the last area to fully refine. This case beautifully demonstrates how naturally the result evolves in a patient with a thin skin type. After one year, the nose looks delicate, refined, and perfectly balanced with the patient’s facial features.

Bei dieser Patientin wurde eine offene Septorhinoplastik durchgeführt – mit medizinischer Indikation und gleichzeitigem ästhetischem Feintuning.

Die Nase wirkte präoperativ eher grob und massiv und passte in ihrer Form nicht optimal zu den zarten Gesichtszügen. Ziel der Operation war eine natürlich wirkende, harmonische und dezente Veränderung – ohne den Charakter des Gesichts zu verändern.

Bereits nach 2 Monaten zeigt sich ein sehr schönes, ausgewogenes Ergebnis: eine feinere Nasenform, bessere Proportionen und ein insgesamt weicherer, harmonischer Gesichtsausdruck. 🤍

Die Nase – viel mehr als nur Atmen 💪🏻🤍👃🏻

Unsere Nase ist ein erstaunliches Organ und erfüllt weit mehr Aufgaben, als wir oft denken. Sie sorgt nicht nur dafür, dass wir atmen können, sondern schützt unsere Lungen, indem sie Staub, Bakterien und andere Partikel aus der Luft filtert. Jede eingeatmete Molekülprobe wird auf diese Weise „geprüft“, bevor sie tiefer in unseren Körper gelangt.

Darüber hinaus ist die Nase ein hochsensibler Geruchssensor. Gerüche werden direkt ans Gehirn weitergeleitet und können starke Emotionen auslösen – deshalb weckt ein bestimmter Duft oft sofort Erinnerungen oder Gefühle.

Die Nase spielt auch eine entscheidende Rolle beim Geschmack. Der Großteil dessen, was wir als Geschmack wahrnehmen, kommt über die Nase. Wenn wir erkältet sind und die Nase verstopft ist, schmeckt das Essen daher oft fade oder anders.

Kurz gesagt: Die Nase ist Filter, Schutzorgan, Sinnesorgan und direkter Verbindungskanal zu unserem Gehirn. Sie hilft uns atmen, schmecken, riechen und die Welt um uns herum zu erleben. 🌿

The human nose is an amazing organ that does far more than most people realize. It doesn’t just allow us to breathe – it also protects our lungs by filtering dust, bacteria, and other particles from the air. Every molecule we inhale is “checked” before reaching deeper into the body.

The nose is also a highly sensitive receptor for smells. Odors are transmitted directly to the brain and can trigger strong emotions, which is why certain scents instantly bring back memories or feelings.

It also plays a key role in taste: most of what we perceive as flavor actually comes through the nose. When we’re congested, food can taste bland or different because the nasal sense is blocked.

In short, the nose is a filter, protector, sensory organ, and direct connection to the brain. It allows us to breathe, taste, smell, and experience the world around us every day. 🌿
