Head First
Everything we do starts in our head. It works like a sophisticated switchboard. In the busy run-up to Christmas, when the stress tends to mount, things can get to you. That's when you need to apply your inner "switch-off" button and give your head a break. Take some deep breaths. Deep breathing calms our sympathetic nervous system and enhances a calm state.
For guided breathing techniques check out the newly launched Swiss-made Earkick app, available in the App Store: https://earkick.com/.
